Public Notice is hereby given of a public hearing scheduled before the Vestavia Hills Planning and Zoning Commission to be held at 6 PM, Thursday, December 12, 2024 in the Council Chambers, Vestavia Hills City Hall, 1032 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216.  This public hearing will be related to the proposed ordinance number 3099-A – an amendment to the Vestavia Hills Zoning Ordinance in order to add a procedure for sidewalks to accompany the City’s sidewalk master plan acceptance.  If recommended, the next public hearing would be at the regular City Council meeting scheduled for 6 PM, Monday, January 27, 2025 in the Council Chambers.  These meetings are open to the public and held both in person and virtually via Zoom.  Instructions for participating via Zoom may be found on the City’s website at the following link: https://vhal.org/government/agendas/meetings-and-public-hearings/
