A 28,092 sq ft vacant tenant space exists at 1031 Montgomery Highway within Vestavia Hills – the site of the former Sprouts grocery store which suspended operations at this location in November 2018. After six years of vacancy and unsuccessful efforts at strategic subleasing and leasing, a new-to-market concept has been presented to the City whereby the entire shopping center would be purchased by Altera AIP-Vestavia, LLC. Altera AIP-Vestavia, LLC would retain the existing tenants who are actively occupying spaces and negotiate the termination of the remaining Sprouts lease term to allow The Picklr, a new-to-market premium indoor pickleball complex that includes a pro-shop and food service operation, to enter into a long-term lease.
