Severe Weather Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday

Alabama will hold its annual severe weather preparedness sales tax holiday, beginning Friday, February 21 at 12:01am and ending Sunday, February 23 at midnight. This event gives shoppers the opportunity to purchase certain severe weather preparedness items free of state sales tax. Local sales tax may still apply.
