- Vestavia Hills Special Event Application – The Special Event Business License Application is used to register multi-vendor events with the City of Vestavia Hills and to identify participating vendors for business license and sales tax compliance purposes. To obtain a special event business license in Vestavia Hills, event coordinators or host, must apply online or download the Vestavia Hills Special Event Application and submit the completed application to the Finance Department. The application may be emailed to crice@vhal.org, faxed to 205.978.0132, hand-delivered or mailed to 1032 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216.
- Vestavia Hills Special Event Vendor Business License Application – To obtain a special event vendor business license in Vestavia Hills, apply online or download the Special Event Vendor License Application and submit the completed application to the Finance Department. The application may be emailed to crice@vhal.org, faxed to 205.978.0132, hand-delivered or mailed to 1032 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216. Special Event Vendor business licenses will only be issued to businesses participating in events with multiple vendors and/or events being hosted by organizations or businesses within Vestavia Hills. The cost of the special event vendor business license is $10 per day. No special event vendor business licenses will be issued to businesses operating independently or outside of participating in an organized event. Businesses wishing to do so are required to purchase an annual business license. The current cost for the annual City of Vestavia Hills business license is $162 ($150 plus a $12 issuance fee).
