Recently Passed Ordinances:

• Ordinance Number 3354 – An Ordinance Approving And Adopting The General Fund Budget, Special Revenue Fund Budget, Capital Project Fund Budget Infrastructure And Community Spaces Project Fund Budget, And Debt Service Fund Budget For The City Of Vestavia Hills For The Period Beginning October 1, 2026 Until September 30, 2027
• Ordinance Number 3357 – An Ordinance accepting a bid for the Fire Station No. 4 renovation and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute any documents related to said bid.\
• Ordinance Number 3352 – An Ordinance repealing and amending sections of the Vestavia Hills Code of Ordinances to regulate the use of police department equipment for extra jobs and off-duty employment
• Ordinance Number 3353 –  An Ordinance approving and adopting the final 10% of the fiscal year 2026 budgets for the City of Vestavia Hills
• Ordinance Number 3354 – An Ordinance Approving And Adopting The General Fund Budget, Special Revenue Fund Budget, Capital Project Fund Budget Infrastructure And Community Spaces Project Fund Budget, And Debt Service Fund Budget For The City Of Vestavia Hills For The Period Beginning October 1, 2026 Until September 30, 2027 (This Ordinance will remain in draft form and will be presented for public hearings following work session and subject to Council revisions and/or approvals)
• Ordinance Number 3356 – An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute and deliver an intergovernmental agreement with Jefferson County, Alabama for certain public improvements to portions of County-maintained roads (River Run Drive, River Run Lane and River Run Trail)
• Ordinance Number 3351 – An Ordinance accepting a bid for “inside the fences” athletic field maintenance and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute and deliver any documents needed to secure said services
