Ordinance 2502, as amended by Ordinance 2502-A regulates mobile food units in the City of Vestavia Hills.

NOTE:  Only the food trucks listed above are allowed to legally conduct business in the corporate limits of the City of Vestavia Hills. If you plan to have a food truck at your event, advise the business owner that he must first obtain a Business License and a Food Truck permit in order to attend and do business at your event. To obtain a business license for a food truck, contact the Vestavia Hills Finance Department at 205.978.0157.
