Note: Your application will NOT be considered as “received” until ALL of the following materials/payments are submitted. The deadline for submission of all materials/payments is September 26, 2022 at 5pm CST.

1. Application: All requested information must be provided by applicant.
2. Head Shot: Upload with online application; or mail or hand-deliver FIVE (5) wallet-size photos (2.5″ x 3.5″ max) to City of Vestavia Hills, Office of the Mayor, 2nd Floor, 1032 Montgomery Highway, 35216, Attn: Vestavia Belles.
3. Report Card: Upload with online application; or mail or hand-deliver to City of Vestavia Hills, Office of the Mayor, 2nd Floor, 1032 Montgomery Highway, 35216, Attn: Vestavia Belles.
4. $35 Application Fee: Mail or hand-deliver check to City of Vestavia Hills, Office of the Mayor, 2nd Floor, 1032 Montgomery Highway, 35216, Attn: Vestavia Belles. Check should be made payable to Vestavia Hills Beautification Board. Include applicant’s name in “for” section of check.

Once application and all requested materials are received, you will receive a confirmation email from the Vestavia Hills Beautification Board. If you do NOT receive a confirmation email within five (5) business days of submitting your materials, contact Vestavia Belle Chairman Rita Greene at 205.317.7184.

Interviews will be held at City Hall on Saturday, October 15 and Sunday, October 16, 2022.
