Plan Review Fee Schedule
- $0-$50,000: $250
- $50,000-$100,000: $500
- $100,001-$500,000: $500.00 plus $1.25/$1,000 for each $1000 of the estimated value in excess of $100,000.
- $500,001-$1,500,000: $1,000 plus $0.80/$1,000 for each $1,000 of the estimated value in excess of $500,000.
- $1,500,001-$3,000,000: $1,800 plus .0012 of the estimated value over $1,500,000
- $3,000,001-$6,000,000: $3600 plus .0005 of the estimated value over $3,000,000
- $6,000,001-and more: $5,100 plus .00035 of the estimated value over $6,000,000
