The Vestavia Hills Police Department and Vestavia Hills Fire Department, along with a host of community partners, have held Community Night Out as an extension of the National Night Out and the Project 365 campaign since 2011, with this year’s Project 365 focused on internet safety.

Community Night Out is an opportunity for first responders to network with local businesses, civic groups, churches, schools and community volunteers in a stance against crime and in the promotion of public safety. This year’s event will feature bounce houses, a climbing wall, a firefighter obstacle course, police-fire equipment and vehicles on display, and a mugshot photobooth. And, this year’s event is pet friendly!
