Election Day!

All Vestavia Hills residents are encouraged to be fully informed and engaged in the election process to select their Mayor and City Council members. Following is a list of candidates and their places:

Council Place No. 2
Kimberly Cook (incumbent)
Karl Julian

Council Place No. 3
Brian Demarco
Jacob Pugh
Michael Vercher

There was no opposition for Council Place No. 1 or Council Place No. 4, and so Rusty Weaver and Ali Pilcher have been deemed elected for their respective places. Note that all Councilors are elected “at large” meaning candidates are elected citywide to represent the entire population, rather than specific geographic areas.
